The Winner of Idols South Africa Season 16 has been announced after many weeks of stage performances and over 180 million votes.
The reality singing show ran despite the coronavirus pandemic with many singers competing against each other.
The final episode of season 16 went live from the Pretoria State Theatre, crowning Zama Khumalo as its champion.

The 18-year-old joins past victors Luyolo Yiba, Yanga Sobetwa, Paxton Fieles, Noma Khumalo Karabo Mogane, Vincent Bones, Heinz Winckler, Anke Pietrangeli, Karin Kortje, Jody Williams, Jason Hartman, Sasha-Lee Davids, Dave van Vuuren, Khaya Mthethwa, and Musa Sukwene.
The recently delegated champ expressed gratitude toward South Africa for deciding in favor of her and said she feels truly honored.

It was a melodic blowout at a portion of SA’s top craftsman, for example, last season’s victor Luyolo Yiba, Busiswa, Cassper Nyovest, DJ Zinhle, Nomcebo, and Expert KG and Ami Faku performed.
Along with the Crown of Idols SA season 16, Zama won Toyota Starlet 1.4. XR Manual, a deal with Kalawa Jazmee, along with Samsung products.
Zama thanked the South African crowd for voting her and she feels blessed to be the winner.
